As part of our installation services we will also program all of your gate keypads, openers, and any compatible HomeLink in-vehicle opener systems.

Sales and Service Policy

By purchasing products, scheduling services, approving an estimate or work order, making payment, or allowing work to commence, the customer agrees to these terms. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposits for special-order materials, equipment, or scheduling are non-refundable. Past-due balances may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge (18% annually) or the maximum allowed by law, plus collection costs, attorney fees, and court costs where permitted. All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted on installed, special-order, custom-configured, or electronic products except as required by law. Wolf Hills Services LLC provides no express or implied warranties and disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Any warranty is limited solely to the manufacturer’s warranty on covered parts. Labor, service calls, travel, diagnostics, programming, removal, reinstallation, shipping, handling, and related expenses are not covered under any warranty and will be billed at current rates. Warranty requests must be submitted in writing and manufacturer approval is not guaranteed. Customer-supplied equipment is serviced as-is without warranty, and Wolf Hills Services LLC is not responsible for its performance, compatibility, reliability, or security. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated and may be adjusted for material cost increases, availability, tariffs, fuel surcharges, or scope changes. Additional work outside the original scope will be billed separately. Services, including automation, security, networking, gate operators, lighting, property maintenance, cleanup, home repairs, and RV repairs, are performed on a best-effort basis. No guarantee is made regarding the discovery of hidden defects, code violations, concealed damage, or future failures. Unless specifically contracted in writing, locating underground utilities, private lines, irrigation, septic, drainage, or other buried infrastructure is the property owner’s responsibility. Additional work required due to concealed or unforeseen conditions will be billed separately. Wolf Hills Services LLC is not responsible for the availability, performance, security, compatibility, or continued operation of third-party services, including internet providers, cloud services, software, mobile applications, utilities, or manufacturer platforms. Service visits required due to third-party changes, outages, updates, or discontinued products are billable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wolf Hills Services LLC reserves all lien and collection rights for unpaid labor, materials, equipment, or services. Wolf Hills Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, business interruption, property damage, or personal injury arising from any product or service provided. No security, automation, networking, monitoring, maintenance, repair, or gate-control system can guarantee protection against theft, intrusion, equipment failure, property damage, injury, or loss. Maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. Wolf Hills Services LLC is not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by weather, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, utility outages, labor shortages, transportation delays, government actions, or other events beyond its reasonable control.
